Business Development Manager, Todd Castellucci, joined the Colours sales team in 2005. Todd has been in the automotive paint business for the last twenty years starting in a family business in 1990. He enjoys the challenge of obtaining new accounts and specializes in building and maintaining business relationships.

A few years ago, Todd noticed the industry changing and decided that he wanted to expand his role as a sales person. He wanted to help the body shops grow from a business standpoint via lean process, blue printing and number driven management systems. His goal is to help each customer identify their particular issues and customize a plan to help take their business to the next level.

Todd currently works with the Colours sales team members to help their key customers to identify their efficiency issues as well as helping the team obtain new business opportunities.

In his spare time, Todd is an avid mountain biker and enjoys other outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking and jogging.

Todd lives in the Reading, PA area with his wife Brandy and two daughters, Alexandria (18 years old) and Cassandra (14 years old).
