Dave has over 35 years experience in the body industry. His first interest in the field evolved when working for an automotive parts and paint jobber store in 1976. Over the years, Dave gained valuable knowledge of the industry's newest products and uses. After working for PPG Industries as a territory manager and as a sales manager for Miller Auto Parts & Supply, Dave joined the team of technical representatives at Colours, Inc. Here Dave can be close to the action with insight on the industry's newest products, latest techniques and keeping up with the industry's rules and procedures.

Dave has completed all product knowledge classes and received his PPG Certified Distributor Tech Rep Certification in 2007.

In Dave's free time, he enjoys restoring American muscle cars and drag racing. He takes pride in his 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle and 1968 Chevrolet Camaro which were restored and painted by Dave himself with PPG DBC and DCU 2021 clear coast. In addition to his muscle cars, Dave's 750HP '67 Camaro drag racing car turns the 1/4 mile in 9.75 seconds!
